going Beefy..

Beef Jerky or Bakwa or Dendeng what ever you call it, as you deem fit.

Basically, its mince meat (you can use turkey or chicken or beef, it's really your choice) marinated with soya sauce, paprika, lemon juice, bit of mince garlic (because we like it!) and pince of salt, in short, season to taste! let the mix rest for 30mins minimum and when you cant wait(like me!) you can work on it after 15 mins too! press the meat as thinly as you can with whatever energy you have on the baking tray. Then brush the top of it with honey which is mix with bits of lemon juice for the browning effect. pop in the oven, 180 deg for 30 mins, not forgetting to flip the sides and brush it with honey juice again.

It is ready once the meat looks crisps and brown, let it cool and cut it square and serve!!

Dont worry when you see halve thru the baking/grilling the meat sort of shrink, its the cooking process...and I promise you will not have any left overs, because it is THAT GOOD!!
